Shakira to make Miami stop on first world tour since 2018

In a groundbreaking announcement, Shakira has revealed her first tour in six years. The tour, titled “Las Mujeras Ya No Lloran World Tour,” includes a stop in South Florida at the Kaseya Center in Miami on November 20. This 14-show North American tour marks Shakira’s return to live performances since 2018.

Shakira, who resides in Miami Beach, last performed in Miami in 2018. She made history by sharing the stage with Jennifer Lopez at the Super Bowl LIV halftime show at Hard Rock Stadium in February 2020. Tickets for Shakira’s Miami show will be available for sale starting Monday at 10 a.m., with presale tickets offered to members of her fan club, the “Wolfpack,” on Friday at 10 a.m. Interested fans can sign up for presale access until Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.

The tour takes its name from Shakira’s latest album, “Las Mujeras Ya No Lloran,” which translates to “Women No Longer Cry.” Released last month, the album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin American and Latin pop album charts, making it her first studio recording since 2017’s “El Dorado.” This album is a testament to Shakira’s growth and evolution as an artist and a woman, and it serves as a powerful reminder that women no longer have to endure pain and suffering silently.

Shakira is known for her electrifying performances and her ability to connect with her audience on an emotional level. This tour is sure to be no exception, as she continues to captivate audiences across North America with her unique blend of Latin rhythms and contemporary pop sounds. With each show promising an unforgettable experience, fans should not miss this opportunity to witness one of the greatest entertainers of all time on stage once again!
