Colorado drug screening business owner arrested for alleged sexual assault

Arben “Ben” Duka, 60, the owner of Aurora Employment Testing in Colorado, was arrested on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The arrest followed a report filed in October that alleged Duka sexually assaulted a woman at his business. According to the report, the woman stated that she was assaulted while providing a urinalysis sample.

In February of the previous year, Duka changed the name of his business from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing to Aurora Employment Testing. During the investigation, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit discovered two more reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact by Duka after providing urinalysis samples.

The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The case was filed in October around the same time as the most recent victim’s report of being assaulted. Investigators are urging any other possible victims to come forward and call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838 if they have any information to report.
