CBS Sports Introduces ‘Champions League’ Channel: Rediscover Classic Moments with Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe, and More

CBS Sports has recently introduced a new “Champions League” channel, a 24-hour streaming platform dedicated to delivering non-stop highlights, goals, and action from the UEFA Champions League, the best soccer club competition. The channel will launch on April 26th and offer viewers more than just the latest games and goals; it will showcase the best players and historic matches from the tournament’s illustrious history that fans can access at any time. According to Jeffrey Gerttula, executive vice president of CBS Sports, News, Stations, and Entertainment, “UEFA Champions League represents the absolute best soccer in the world.” He further states that this new channel offers fans a continuous venue to relive the special moments, sensational goals, iconic players, and storied clubs that define this one-of-a-kind tournament.

The “Champions League” channel can be accessed for free through Pluto TV. In addition to Pluto TV, viewers will also be able to access it via the CBS Sports App next month. CBSSports.com and Paramount+ will also offer live streaming of every UEFA Champions League game as well as on-demand replays of all games. This is not the first time CBS Sports has acquired UCL rights; they first did so in 2020. They even launched their own CBS Sports Golazo Network in 2023 as their first free soccer streaming network in the U.S., which quickly became the No. 1 U.S. soccer media brand with over 4.2 billion video views in the past year @CBSSportsGolazo .
