Two computer science students at the University of Colorado Boulder receive prestigious fellowships

In 2024, two computer science graduate students from the University of Colorado Boulder were awarded the Graduate Research Fellowship Program. This prestigious fellowship provides a $37,000 annual stipend and a $16,000 cost of education allowance for tuition for three years. The recipients, William Xie and Raquel Yupanqui, are joining four other current computer science graduate students who have also received this honor.

The Graduate Research Fellowship Program recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields who are pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees.
