Massage facility caught boosting the size of patient’s penises

In a shocking turn of events, inspectors from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health discovered that the UCI International facility, which was registered for sauna and massage services, was offering services to “increase penis size” to customers. This revelation came to light during a surprise inspection on April 16, where officials found two customers undergoing such services among others.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the facility on Nguyen Van Cu Street in District 1 had rooms locked on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. When requested, the facility’s representative revealed that these floors were used for customer services, each floor having a room with beds and products. The 6th floor was used for storage of goods and cosmetics for guests. However, since the facility could not provide invoices or documents for these products, they were detained temporarily.

In addition to this discovery, inspectors also visited the Saigon Shine Beauty Center in District 3. Here they found that while the center had a Skin Care Business Registration Certificate, they were promoting services related to increasing penis size using a beam projector. Following a second inspection within half a month, the Health Department revoked the facility’s practice certificate for six months and fined them 132 million VND.

The Department of Health advises the public to verify information from social networks through official channels and to check the licenses of clinics and doctors on the Medical Examination and Treatment Information Lookup Portal before seeking any medical treatments or procedures. Suspicious activities can be reported to the health department hotline or through their online Health application.
