Load matching was identified as a challenging aspect in the industry, with Monahan acknowledging that while creating filters on a load board is easy, identifying the perfect freight match is complex. He emphasized LoadSmart’s focus on helping carriers scale their operations by providing them with tools such as Copilot which simplifies data interaction by allowing users to ask system questions about performance metrics like the best-performing driver or top lane. These AI tools aim to make it easier for carriers to access and use data effectively for growth and optimization. The implementation of such technology aligns with LoadSmart’s commitment to supporting small fleets and providing them with the tools and opportunities needed for success.
