Chase Brown prioritizes his health as he gears up for an expanded role in Cincinnati

In the upcoming season, Bengals running back Chase Brown is determined to make the most of his opportunity to become a starting running back. Last year, he served as a backup to Joe Mixon and had only 44 carries for 179 yards without scoring any touchdowns. However, with Mixon now in Houston, Brown anticipates an increased workload and is preparing accordingly.

During the offseason, Brown has been working hard on improving his physical well-being by hiring professionals to assist him. He expressed his commitment to self-care and stated that he plans to work with a trainer, physical therapist, and masseuse multiple times a week at his home. He emphasized the importance of investing in one’s body and craft while others may prioritize different activities during the offseason.

Brown’s experience in college demonstrated his ability to handle a significant workload by carrying the ball 328 times for 1,643 yards in his senior season at Illinois. Although he may not receive as many carries this season in Cincinnati, Brown is determined to make the most of every opportunity given to him by the Bengals.
