Our communities rely on the generosity of our donors to maintain their health and wellness. Thanks to the support of WellSpan’s donors, we are able to provide top-notch care for all by investing in facility upgrades, new equipment, education programs, community outreach initiatives, and financial resources for our patients.
Thanks to your contributions, we have achieved some remarkable milestones. For example, we raised $5.7 million for the renovation of the WellSpan York Cancer Center and provided over $100,300 in assistance to 75 cancer patients and their families through the Adams County Cancer Patient Help Fund. In addition, we awarded $96,000 in scholarships to 31 local nursing students pursuing their Registered Nursing degrees.
WellSpan employees also play a vital role in our culture of giving through the annual iGive employee campaign. Over the past three years, our staff has raised more than $3.5 million to support the health and well-being of our community through personal donations.
