Despite theories circulating online linking the Dubai floods to cloud seeding, the UAE government has denied any involvement before the storm. President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has ordered authorities to assess damage and provide support to affected families in the aftermath of heavy rains.
