The registration period is currently open and will close on May 3rd, giving you the opportunity to showcase your company’s commitment to creating a positive workplace environment and attracting and retaining top talent.
Business Report’s Best Places to Work program is a prestigious awards program that recognizes companies that excel in these areas. An independent firm, Workforce Research Group, is responsible for determining the selection and ranking of businesses participating in the program. To qualify, companies must meet specific criteria such as having a minimum of 15 full- or part-time permanent employees working in Baton Rouge and operating within the nine designated parishes.
Participating companies will be evaluated based on various factors such as company policies, practices, demographics, and benefits as well as a survey of randomly selected employees on nine key focus areas including role satisfaction, work/life balance, leadership, and training. The results will be featured in a special issue of Business Report in October and an awards ceremony will be held to honor the recipients.
