The quest for the perfect weight loss solution continues, with the first major project of administrative simplification now taking shape. Launched over 18 months ago and brought back into focus last January due to discontent among farmers, this initiative aims to make life easier for small and medium-sized businesses across the economy.
One of the key measures in this bill is the simplification of the pay slip, which will be reduced from 55 lines to about fifteen by 2027. This revised pay slip will make essential information more readable for employees who often find it difficult to understand. Key details such as total remuneration paid by the employer and received by the employee will be included, along with other important elements of remuneration.
While this new pay slip is designed to help employees, concerns have been raised about the complexity of the overall simplification process. Some employee unions worry that the text may favor businesses over employees, leading to more deregulation than simplification. However, the Ministry of Economy insists that their goal is to build trust between administration and businesses by shifting from sanctions to advice.
The bill also seeks to reduce administrative procedures for businesses, facilitate access to public markets for small businesses, and address other key issues affecting the labor force. While some aspects such as social thresholds and labor dispute deadlines are postponed for further review, the overall goal is to streamline processes and support businesses in a changing economic landscape.
