Three New Patents Issued for Microphone Mist Technology

Nureva, a leading provider of intelligent audio solutions, has recently been granted three additional patents for its Microphone Mist technology by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and European Patent Office. These patents recognize the company’s innovative approach to intelligent sound targeting, position-based gain control, and echo cancellation.

The Microphone Mist technology is designed to improve clear and natural speech intelligibility for remote students and meeting participants. The new patents expand Nureva’s intellectual property portfolio and provide opportunities for the development of new products and enhancements.

The US 11,635,937 patent highlights the use of position-based gain control to optimize the microphone system for better conversations. Finally, the EP 3791565 patent improves echo cancellation performance to prevent talkers from hearing their own voice after speaking.
