The annual “ADNOC Pioneers” Forum recently took place with over 1,000 former and current employees in attendance. The event aimed to celebrate the pioneers who played crucial roles in developing the energy sector in the UAE and to help ADNOC achieve its mission of securing reliable energy resources responsibly and with minimal emissions, both locally and globally.
During the forum, ADNOC highlighted its ongoing partnerships with strategic collaborators to implement programs and initiatives that leverage the knowledge, expertise, and experiences of ADNOC Pioneers. The goal is to enhance communication with young talent, the local community, and review efforts to propel business growth while staying relevant in the future. ADNOC places emphasis on nurturing national talent, developing human resources skills in all fields, investing in low-carbon projects, and using cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence applications to drive economic growth in the UAE.
The event took place at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center and was attended by prominent figures like Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Ghanam Al Mazrouei, Secretary General of the Emirates Competitiveness Council, Dr. Faisal Al Ayyan, Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology Complex, government department officials, and representatives from higher education institutions.
