In recent news, Odfjell Technology has been awarded three well services contracts in Malaysia, leading to an increase in their market share in the Asia Pacific region. The company has secured two contracts for wellbore clean-up equipment and services, and one contract for tubular running services.
As part of these contracts, Odfjell Technology will provide a range of tools, including the DrillRdillo tool, which is known for increasing well productivity, improving integrity, and reducing operational costs. The company will also supply its Advanced Jetting Tool and Riser Combi Tool, along with various other tools such as scrapers, brushes, magnets, weight set circulating tools, weight set swivels, and circulating tools.
In addition to the wellbore clean-up contracts, Odfjell Technology has won a contract to provide tubular running services to an operator. The company will utilize its Casing Running Tool (CRTi) and Flush Mounted Spider (FMS) to enhance efficiency and safety for the customer’s drilling program. Within this scope of work, a range of slips, elevators, torque turn monitoring systems, and rotary tables will also be provided.
