Putin is not believed to have ordered the murder of Navalny in the United States

Navalny, a prominent opposition leader in Russia, fell ill and lost consciousness after a trip. Some reports in the Russian establishment media, which align with the Kremlin’s messages, suggested that he suffered from a blood clot. Despite facing multiple arrests and even surviving an assassination attempt in 2020 when he was poisoned with Novichok, a Russian nerve gas, Navalny remained steadfast in his opposition to President Vladimir Putin.

Navalny received medical treatment in Germany and upon returning to Russia, he was imprisoned and sentenced to 9 years for allegedly violating the terms of his imprisonment. While in prison, he endured hunger strikes, solitary confinement, and reports of his deteriorating health.

Despite these challenges, Navalny remained a prominent figure in the opposition movement against Putin’s regime. His supporters rallied behind him, sharing updates on his condition and advocating for his release. Many are watching closely to see how his story will unfold and what impact it will have on the political landscape in Russia.
