At 8:36 am ET, the Chicago Bears kicked off the draft by selecting Caleb Williams at No. 1 overall. Just a few minutes later at 8:42 am ET, the Washington Commanders followed with Jayden Daniels at No. 2 overall. The Patriots made a move at No. 3, selecting Drake Maye at 8:49 am ET. The Cardinals picked Marvin Harrison Jr., the first wide receiver off the board, at 8:54 am ET. LSU’s Malik Nabers was selected by the Giants at No. 6 and Notre Dame’s Joe Alt was chosen by Jim Harbaugh and the Chargers at No. 5 just before him.
