Jackson’s inaugural Vendor Expo provides entrance to potential business prospects

The City of Jackson is hosting its first-ever Vendor Expo on May 6th, from 9 am to 12 pm, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. This free event offers an excellent opportunity for vendors and those interested in learning more about the city’s departments to interact directly with representatives from various departments.

“The City of Jackson Vendor Expo is an excellent way for vendors to connect with city departments and learn about business opportunities in the city,” said Zach Polk, Purchasing Director for Jackson. “We encourage anyone and everyone to attend this event, which is completely free. It’s a great way to meet people face-to-face and learn more about what we do.”

During the expo, attendees will have the chance to meet with representatives from various departments, including procurement, planning and zoning, public works, and more. They will also be able to learn more about upcoming business opportunities and projects in the city. No sign-up is needed to attend this event.
