Facing New Challenges at Fort Osage Career & Technology Center

Liam Strong and Diego Gonzalez Aguilar were both honored as award winners during the Career & Technology Center signing day ceremony at Fort Osage High School. The ceremony marked a significant moment for both students, who have been studying at the Career & Technology Center and have plans to begin their careers at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet on 103rd Street in Kansas City.

Diego Gonzalez Aguilar, who moved to Eastern Jackson County from Mexico three years ago, began taking classes at the Career & Technology Center soon after settling in. He was recognized for his accomplishments during the ceremony, along with Liam Strong, who has been studying automotive technology at the center.

Standing behind them was CTC automotive teacher Bryan Compton, and to the right was teacher Bill Lieb. Both teachers congratulated the students on their achievements and encouraged them to continue pursuing their passion for automotive technology.

The event was a special occasion for Liam and Diego as they were recognized in front of their peers and teachers for their hard work and dedication. They were among a group of 30 students who were acknowledged for their achievements during the ceremony.
