Providence Health & Services reverses decision to terminate network agreement with Blue Shield of California

Blue Shield of California is pleased to announce that Providence Health & Services has rescinded their termination notice. This means that the longstanding collaboration between Blue Shield and Providence Health & Services will continue under a new contract that is currently being finalized.

Blue Shield of California is a tax-paying nonprofit health plan that voluntarily caps its net income at 2%.
