The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HICA is a highly respected health insurance consultancy and brokerage firm with over 30 years of experience serving clients in Australia, including corporate clients, small and medium-sized businesses, professional groups and associations.
The founder of HICA, Suzanne Still, along with her team will continue to operate from their current location under the leadership of Graham Campbell, who heads Gallagher’s employee benefits and HR consulting operations in Australia. This acquisition reflects Gallagher’s commitment to expanding its presence in the Australian market and bolstering its capabilities in the employee benefits and HR consulting sector.
