On Saturday, June 8, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the UT Health San Antonio Police Department will be conducting law enforcement training at the Behavioral Health and Wellness Center located at 5788 Eckhert Road in San Antonio. During the training exercise, there will be an increased police presence in and around the clinic, with members of the community likely to see a large number of police vehicles, uniformed police officers, and officers in tactical equipment.
The UT Health San Antonio Police Department is committed to ensuring the safety of both its own community and the larger San Antonio Medical Center area. By conducting this training exercise, they hope to better prepare their officers for any potential threats or emergencies that may arise in the future.
