Vikings sign 17 undrafted free agents to contracts

On Saturday, the NFL draft came to an end and the Minnesota Vikings promptly announced their group of undrafted free agents. Along with the seven players chosen during the draft, including first-round picks J.J. McCarthy and Dallas Turner, the Vikings have agreed to terms with 17 undrafted players.

These players hail from a variety of positions and schools, including offensive lineman Matt Cindric from California, linebacker K.J. Cloyd from Miami, and wide receiver Jeshaun Jones from Maryland. The Vikings have also welcomed additions from schools like Kentucky, Toledo, Mercer, South Carolina, Arizona, Florida International, Arkansas, UCLA, West Virginia, Marshall, Air Force, North Carolina and Oregon.

As the Vikings prepare to integrate these newcomers into life as NFL players, they will be looking for these undrafted free agents to make an impact and contribute to the team’s success in the upcoming season.
