On May 9, UConn Health celebrated “Proud to Be UConn Health” Day, recognizing the nearly 5,000 professionals who contribute to the success of the academic medical center in Connecticut. Leadership teams visited different work areas within UConn Health, expressing appreciation for the hard work and dedication of their employees. Treats and coffee were shared as a way of expressing gratitude to the workforce for their role in making UConn Health a remarkable institution.
The day was filled with Husky Pride as employees celebrated their contributions to UConn Health’s tripartite mission of academics, medicine, and research.
