Jim Rackley, a former football coach from Converse Judson High School in San Antonio, and Julius Whittier, the first Black football letterman at the University of Texas, were also inducted into the San Antonio Sports Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2024. The induction ceremony took place at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio.

Kirkland, a former track & field athlete from Holmes High School in San Antonio, competed for Texas A&M from 1993-97. She is already a member of the Texas A&M Athletics Hall of Fame, the Southwest Conference Hall of Fame, and the Texas Black Sports Hall of Fame. During her time at Texas A&M, Kirkland excelled as a hurdler, winning multiple conference titles and earning All-America honors. She currently serves as the head track and field coach at Cypress Woods High School in Houston.

Williams attended Churchill High School and played volleyball and basketball for Texas A&M from 1992-1995. She was the first Aggie to letter in both sports in the same year and helped lead both teams to the NCAA Sweet 16. Williams has since had a successful career in athletics administration and currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer for the NBA’s Utah Jazz.
