Identity of victim revealed in deadly industrial accident at Huntsville company

On Wednesday morning, a tragic industrial accident occurred in Huntsville, Alabama, resulting in the death of a man. According to Don Webster of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services Inc. (HEMSI), the man was killed after granite fell on him at Huntsville Granite and Marble LLC on Memorial Parkway. The victim was identified as 32-year-old John Hopper by Madison County Coroner Tyler Berryhill.

This incident has brought attention to the importance of workplace safety measures in preventing such accidents from occurring. Multiple emergency response teams, including HEMSI, Huntsville Fire and Rescue, and the Madison County Rescue Squad, were at the scene to provide assistance.
