This holding belongs to the major owner of Aktia and has increased from the previous flagging announcement of 6.22 percent ownership to 9.75 percent. Despite a block trade on Monday, the ownership did not change. The flagging pertains to Etola’s controlling company, Etola Group Oy, which holds shares exceeding the 5 percent flagging limit in terms of both number of shares and votes. The transaction was internal to Etola’s controlling companies.
