In the last 24 hours, 30+ deaths and 40+ injuries reported by Gaza Ministry of Health

In the Gaza Strip, a total of 34,654 people have been killed since hostilities began on October 7. This information was reported by the Gaza Ministry of Health, which is affiliated with Hamas. In the last 24 hours alone, 32 individuals were reported killed and 77,908 others sustained injuries of varying severity. However, it is important to note that this information cannot be verified as it comes from a source affiliated with a terrorist organization.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has consistently stated that they are unable to confirm or deny the accuracy of the data on casualties provided by the Gaza Ministry of Health. On the other hand, a study published in January suggested that this data may be close to reality. Despite this, Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) reports indicate that numerous militants from terrorist organizations are being eliminated on a daily basis in Gaza.

According to IDF estimates, approximately 14,000 militants and their commanders have been killed in Gaza since the beginning of the war. Hamas acknowledges that around 6,000 of its fighters have been killed. However, reports from the Ministry of Health in Gaza do not differentiate between civilian and militant casualties and claim that all casualties are due to Israeli military operations.

It is crucial to consider multiple perspectives and sources when analyzing casualty figures in conflict zones like Gaza. While information from organizations such as Hamas may provide some insight into what is happening on the ground, it is essential to cross-check this information with other sources and perspectives before drawing any conclusions about what is taking place.
