Successful Close of the “Manufacturers” Exhibition in Abu Dhabi: 4,200 Emiratis Secure Jobs, 150 Opportunities for Citizens of Determination

The second session of the “Manufacturers” exhibition for jobs in industry and advanced technology has recently come to a close in Abu Dhabi. The event was hosted by the Abu Dhabi Energy Center from April 21 to 23 and was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirates Competitiveness Council (NAFES), and the ADNOC Group.

More than 4,200 young Emiratis attended the exhibition from various emirates, with over 10,000 immediate interviews conducted with more than 83 companies. These interviews resulted in many Emirati talents obtaining direct employment opportunities in the industrial and advanced technology sector.

The event provided over 800 job opportunities for Emiratis, including around 150 jobs for citizens of determination in various sectors. This initiative aimed to highlight the skills and abilities of Emiratis and enhance their participation in the industrial and technological sectors.

The exhibition is part of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, falling under the “National Content Programme” umbrella. It supports the “Made in the Emirates” initiative and aligns with strategic objectives that promote competitiveness, growth, and diversification in the industrial sector.

Through partnerships with government agencies, private sector companies, training organizations, and job seekers, this event served as a platform to provide opportunities that met the needs of industry stakeholders. Immediate jobs were offered during the exhibition along with training programs that facilitated recruitment of qualified Emirati talents in industrial and service sectors.
