Decision made by Spinnova’s board regarding the incentive program

Spinnovan’s board has decided to introduce a new performance-based share bonus system for key personnel in the group, with a maximum value of around 992,000 Spinnova shares paid out from the first earning period. The fees will be distributed partly in shares and partly in cash, with the cash component intended to cover taxes and social insurance contributions. Bonuses will be paid within five months of the end of the earning period, with no bonus being paid if the participant’s employment or business relationship ends before distribution.
