Snoop Dogg brand replaces Barstool Sports sponsorship for Arizona Bowl

Snoop Dogg, a renowned rapper and media personality, has announced his partnership with the Arizona Bowl. This marks the first collaboration between an alcohol brand and a college bowl game. The event, officially named the “Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented by Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop,” will take place on December 28 at Arizona Stadium. Teams from the Mountain West Conference and Mid-American Conference will face off in this exciting matchup.

Snoop Dogg’s new premium spirits company, Gin & Juice, is the first product resulting from his collaboration with Dr. Dre. Named after Snoop’s popular 1994 hit, Gin & Juice aims to bring attention back to the core values that make college football so special. In a video shared on social media, Snoop Dogg expressed his passion for college football and his desire to refocus on the fundamentals of the sport amidst current issues such as NIL, conference realignment, and coach movement.

As a coach and supporter of all levels of the game, Snoop Dogg emphasized the importance of colleges, players, competition, community, fan experience, and pageantry in college football. Having sent many players through his Snoop Youth Football League to colleges and the NFL, he believes it is fitting for him to step up and contribute to the success of the Arizona Bowl. By adding his name and brand to the event, he hopes to bring attention back to what truly makes college football special – its spirit and tradition. Fans can look forward to an exciting game that celebrates these values while showcasing top talent from both conferences.
