How Businesses Can Implement Circular Strategies to End Plastic Pollution

The global UN Plastics Treaty is nearing its final stages of negotiations, prompting organizations to reevaluate their use of single-use plastics and explore ways to implement circularity into their operations. This shift will require companies to not only focus on processes and risk management but also seize the market opportunities presented by the circular economy.

On April 30, 2024, from 11AM-12PM ET / 8-9AM PT, an exclusive webcast will take place the day after the conclusion of the latest treaty negotiations, or INC-4. A panel of experts from business, technology, and civil society will analyze the outcomes of the event and discuss the implications for packaging suppliers and brands.

Attendees of the webcast can expect to learn about the practical implications of INC-4 through a real-time report-out, as well as how recycling, reuse, and regeneration scenarios can impact compliance with packaging regulations, profitability, and waste reduction. Additionally, the webcast will highlight the business opportunity to tackle plastic pollution and drive systemic change in the industry.

Moderated by Joel Makower, Chairman and Co-founder of GreenBiz Group, the panel of speakers includes Stephen Jamieson
