What were the amounts of property and money demanded for the confiscation of Robert Kocharyan, Tsarukyan, and Gagik Khachatryan?

The Prosecutor General’s Office has submitted several applications demanding the confiscation of illegal properties. Three of these applications were presented today in parliament by prosecutor Anna Vardapetyan. The applications include a demand for the return of 25 units of real estate and over 35 billion drams from the second president Robert Kocharyan and 7 others related to him.

The prosecutor’s office is also seeking the confiscation of 5 means of transport, participation in 16 Armenian and foreign legal entities, over 4 million dollars in deposit securities, and the right to request loans equivalent to about 10 billion drams from Kocharyan and his associates. Additionally, ex-Chairman of SRC Gagik Khachatryan and his related persons are being asked to forfeit around 200 units of real estate in favor of Armenia. This includes 56 properties located in the center of Yerevan. Khachatryan is also required to surrender 13 means of transport, participation in 29 legal entities, over 1.4 million dollars in deposits and securities, the right to demand loans equivalent to more than 23 million dollars, and over 23 billion drams.

Furthermore, the leader of the “Prosperous Armenia” party, ex-MP Gagik Tsarukyan and his related persons are being asked to forfeit 79 real estates, 42 vehicles, and the acquisition value of 8 unidentified vehicles in the amount of
