Dillard’s most starts in a single season came in 2023 when he started 10 games at left tackle for the Titans. He played a career-high 562 offensive snaps last season and showcased his potential as a valuable asset for the Packers. Dillard has experience at both left and right tackle throughout his career. He was drafted 22nd overall in 2019 by the Philadelphia Eagles and played 59 games with 19 starts before being released by the Tennessee Titans on March 15th.
The Packers may also look to draft multiple linemen next week to further strengthen their offensive line. With Dillard likely competing for the left tackle job, the team will need to evaluate other options as well to ensure they have a solid starting five up front.
