On the other hand, a 30-year-old man suspected of making threats and coercion against an official person was arrested by the Zadar Police Department. The man allegedly sent serious threats to his neighbors, a 20-year-old woman and man, in the early hours of April 30 in the Belafu area of Zadar. He then locked himself in his apartment and threatened to activate a gas bottle when police officers arrived to arrest him.
The police officers acted quickly and were able to arrest the suspect, taking him to the police premises using coercive means. After the investigation was completed, a criminal complaint was filed against the suspect at the state attorney’s office. On the same day, he was handed over to the detention unit of the Zadar Police Department.
