Intrepid awarded $446M Army contract to provide Enterprise Business System Support

On Tuesday, the Department of Defense announced that Intrepid had secured a potential five-year contract worth $445.8 million from the U.S. Army to provide support services for the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). The Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama initiated an online solicitation process and received one offer for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.

The GFEBS is a web-based platform specifically designed to handle financial and procurement data as well as related transactions across the Army enterprise. It also helps military users access and share data efficiently. Work locations for this contract will be determined at a later time, and funding will be allocated upon the award of each task order. The contract work is expected to continue through May 12, 2029.
