Discover the new business moving to I-10/Siegen Lane

The industrial equipment provider, M&L Industries, is expanding its Baton Rouge operations and relocating to a more prominent location. The owner, Steven Marmande, shared that the company is set to move into a new location near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Siegen Lane by July. The new building, located at 10049 N. Rieger Road, will measure 47,000 square feet, which is about double the size of M&L’s current location on Airline Highway.

M&L specializes in selling, renting, and servicing tractors and forklifts. With 23 employees in Baton Rouge, Marmande mentioned that the dealership plans to hire between 5 to 8 additional workers with this move. Faulk & Meek serves as the general contractor for the project.
