Netanyahu greenlights new negotiations in Qatar and Cairo to secure ceasefire in Gaza

The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has announced that a high-level delegation will be sent to Doha and Cairo to discuss a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages held by Palestinian militias. The heads of Mossad and Shin Bet have been authorized to lead these negotiations.

David Barnea, head of Mossad, will lead the Israeli delegation to the talks in Doha, while Ronen Bar, head of Shin Bet, will head to Egypt for the negotiations. Netanyahu’s office has given them room for maneuver in the upcoming discussions.

The involvement of high-level officials from Israel’s intelligence and security agencies underscores the importance of these talks in resolving the conflict in the region. This delegation is part of ongoing efforts to secure a ceasefire in Gaza and negotiate the release of hostages.

In a separate note, several articles about pest control and extermination services appeared in the content which seems to have been mixed in by mistake. This content should be separated from the news about the delegation sent by the Prime Minister’s office to Doha and Cairo for negotiations.
