Jefferson County small business owner claims USPS problems have resulted in over $1,000 in losses

Tara Lawrence, the owner of a goat registry, has been supplying goats to customers nationwide for shows and fairs. To be eligible for awards, these goats need documentation from Tara, but lately, the paperwork has been getting lost in the mail, causing financial losses to her business.
