The G7 Summit on Environment, Energy and Climate starts in Venaria

The Italian Presidency is hosting the G7 Environment, Energy, and Climate meeting at the Royal Palace of Venaria. The ministerial meeting is taking place over two days, with four sessions scheduled. The first session will begin at 10 am on Monday with a plenary session focused on Climate and Energy. This will be followed by an Environment session in the afternoon.

The Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security delegation, led by Minister Pichetto, Deputy Minister Vannia Gava, and Undersecretary Claudio Barbaro, is participating in the meeting. Discussions will focus on themes developed through technical working group meetings in recent months. Representatives from Italy, France, Germany, Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the European Commission will be present along with high representatives from various countries and international institutions.
