San Antonio’s Parks and Recreation Department is inviting adult participants to register for its upcoming Spring Sports Slam Tournaments in basketball and volleyball. These free events provide an excellent opportunity for individuals to gather a team and showcase their athletic skills.
The basketball tournament will take place on May 18 at 9 a.m. at the Cuellar Community Center, located at 5626 San Fernando. On the same day and time, the volleyball tournament will be held at Woodlawn Gym on 1103 Cincinnati Avenue.
Both tournaments are open to participants who are 18 years and older, with room for eight teams in each event. Team registrations are required, and individuals can sign up by calling 210-207-3114 or visiting the provided link. Registration closes at 2 p.m. on May 16 or when all team slots are filled, whichever occurs first.
