Makeup artist Tuan Ngoc Vo successfully lost 20 kg after six months of following a vegetarian diet, leading to improved appearance, health, and confidence. Known as Vo Ngoc Tuan in the entertainment industry, Tuan struggled with reaching a peak weight of 93 kg and attempted various weight loss methods without long-term success due to food cravings.
