Budget Hearing of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee with the Federal Communications Commission

The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology has made the decision to postpone its scheduled hearing with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Originally, the hearing was planned for May 7, 2024, with the purpose of discussing the FCC’s budget and ensuring accountability on behalf of the American people. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hearing has been postponed.

The new date for the hearing has not yet been determined, but rest assured that once it is set, it will still be open to the public and press. The hearings will be streamed live online at https://energycommerce.house.gov/. If you have any questions about the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology hearings or need additional information, please contact Noah Jackson at Noah.Jackson@mail.house.gov or Sean Kelly at Sean.Kelly@mail.house.gov.
