Free family event ‘Viva Science SA’ hosted by UT Health San Antonio at Witte Museum on Saturday

On Saturday, the Witte Museum will host UT Health San Antonio’s annual “Viva Science SA” event. This free and public event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and aims to educate, engage, and excite the San Antonio community with science in a fun way.

The event features presentations of academic research posters by students from middle school to graduate level on various health and science topics. There will also be interactive and hands-on science booths for all ages, as well as displays of science-themed artwork.

Attendees can enjoy live entertainment, music, and food from popular food trucks. Viva Science SA was created to promote STEM programs and make science accessible to everyone.
