SMP Health – Ave Maria in Jamestown has received nominations for 33 individuals and their entire team for the North Dakota Long Term Care’s Caregiver of the Year program. This annual program, sponsored by the North Dakota Long Term Care Association in Bismarck, received over 800 nominations.
