Israeli Army urges residents in northern Gaza Strip to evacuate before launching another operation

Since the recent attacks by Hamas on Israeli territory on October 7, over 34,200 people have lost their lives in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli Army remains committed to targeting the terrorist infrastructure of Hamas in the region. However, due to concerns about the safety of residents in Gaza, the Army has issued a warning to residents of Beit Lahia, a town in the north of the Gaza Strip, to evacuate the area and relocate to nearby cities as they prepare for a new military operation.

The Army spokesperson, Colonel Avichay Adraee, conveyed this message while highlighting the lack of safe areas in Gaza as reported by human rights organizations. Despite concerns about their safety, approximately 300,000 people have chosen to stay in the north despite ongoing attacks. The situation remains tense as both sides continue to engage in conflict.
