The University of Utah Health Plans is a well-established Medicaid plan that has been serving the Mountain West region for over 20 years. They provide medical, mental health, and pharmacy benefits to over 240,000 members, including government programs such as Medicaid and CHIP, fully insured and self-funded employer groups, individuals, and families.
Families can apply for CHIP at any time through MyCase or by calling 1-877-543-7669. If you need help or have questions about changing your CHIP plan, you can call a Health Program Representative at 866-608-9422. During open enrollment from May 15 through June 15, you can change your existing plan.
