New York Red Bulls rally behind Wings for Life World Run

The Wings for Life World Run is a global event that has taken the running world by storm. Attracting over 200,000 participants from 195 countries, this event is open to people of all abilities, whether they choose to run, walk, or participate in a wheelchair.

One of the key features of this event is its unique format. Instead of a fixed finish line, the race features a virtual “Catcher Car” that starts 30 minutes after the race begins. Once the Catcher Car passes you, your race officially concludes. This allows individuals of various fitness levels to participate and compete in the event.

In addition to its unique format, the Wings for Life World Run also features new arena and on-field branding, as well as special promotions aimed at encouraging fans to sign up for the event. The run is scheduled globally for May 5 at 7 am ET and serves as a fundraiser for research efforts to find a cure for spinal cord injuries.
