At the annual meeting in Missoula, the Blackfoot Communications Board President, Tom Eggensperger, emphasized the importance of the cooperative to Western Montana. He highlighted how access to broadband is crucial today, just as telephone service was essential before the cooperative was formed in 1954. CEO Jason Williams added that broadband plays an essential role in education, the economy, business and personal life.
Blackfoot Communications is investing over $200 million to ensure everyone is connected across their 7,000 square foot footprint.
