German manufacturing company, Bavius Technologie, has announced the appointment of Roy D. Cripps as president – Americas. Cripps brings extensive experience in maximizing sales profitability, new business development and global revenue growth to his new role at the company. He will lead the team at Bavius with the support of Andreas Much, who recently took on the role of director aerospace structures – Americas.
Bavius is focused on expanding its current business in aerospace structures and exploring new market segments with its range of precise, high-speed machines designed for machining large aluminum parts. The company will be showcasing its latest technologies during the Innovative Manufacturing Day at its factory in Baienfurt, Germany on June 11. Technologies to be highlighted include artificial intelligence in manufacturing, the company’s digital twin, and machines equipped with advanced cutting technologies.
