The AUA is currently looking for full-time flight attendants. According to the job listing on their website, applicants will undergo two months of training before starting their employment with a gross annual salary of €31,080, which translates to €1,717 net per month. According to Vida’s collective agreement from March 2020 to December 2022, flight attendants earned a flat rate salary regardless of long- or short-haul flights operated. However, there was a salary reduction of 15-20 percent due to COVID-19 that was later reset back to its original level with some employees experiencing real wage losses due to inflation.
